  4. If employment is desired you will be provided these forms to complete:  Form W4, Form I-9

  5. Submit and complete employee Work Availability sheet for the next work week
  6. Show up on time and prepared for the workday
  7. Refer other future employees and receive compensation for each Thoroughbred Referrals 


 Recommended Work Week 

  • We are active and busy between March-November and Thus we recommend each full time worker work at least  50 hours a week. This will allow for personal budgeting through the winter and allow for each employee to take advantage of overtime and bonus potentials 
  • 50 hours will give each worker  
  • 40 hours base pay plus             
  • 10 overtime hours plus          
  • $100 Good employee bonus for those who qualify.

Compensation Packages

Basic Laborer:

  •  $16.00 Per hour base pay
  • Overtime pay beyond 40 hours per week: $24 per hour
  • Basic responsibilities include but not limited to: Lawn moving, weedwaking, clean up, loading and unloading equipment into vehicles as well as following directions from the supervisor or driver in charge of the team
  • Basic Training will be provided
  • Pote

Basic Laborer:

  •  $16.00 Per hour base pay
  • Overtime pay beyond 40 hours per week: $24 per hour
  • Basic responsibilities include but not limited to: Lawn moving, weedwaking, clean up, loading and unloading equipment into vehicles as well as following directions from the supervisor or driver in charge of the team
  • Basic Training will be provided
  • Potential total gross pay per week $980.00 ***See "Become an Employee" section for recommended work week****


Driving Laborer / Team Leader:

  • $17.00 Per hour base pay
  • Overtime pay beyond 40 hours per week: $25.50
  • Active & good standing drivers license required 
  • Additional basic requirements for drivers includes: Transporting the team to each job site, relaying lawn info to each laborer, completing the daily cut sheets throughout the day & collecting payment or leaving invoices when needed
  • Basic Training will be provided
  • Potential total gross pay per week $1035.00 ***See "Become an Employee" section for recommended work week****


Landscaping Specialist

  • $20.00 Per hour base pay
  • Prior experience in the Landscaping field including but not limited to flower beds, planting & trimming shrubs / bushes, mulching and other bulk material, leaf/yard/garage clean ups
  • Active & good standing drivers license required 
  • Experience driving truck with Landscaping trailer
  • There is a CCBC Dundalk Certificate that will Academically Qualify for this position. The Certificate program is "Landscape Installation, Maintenance and Design Certificate, Credit Certificate"


Good Employee Bonus

  • A weekly bonus between $25-$100 is available for any and all employees that meet these requirements.
  • Prior to the current work week, fill out and complete the “Employee Work Availability” Work Sheet to identify what days and hours you are committing to work the following week
  •  You must be faithful to your commitment and not miss any work days or work hours, including leaving work early.
  • You must not be Tardy or late for the start of the work day 
  • For employees who meet these requirements qualify for their Bonus based Total hours worked

  1. Tier 1 40+ Hours per week: $25
  2. Tier 2 45+ Hours per week: $50
  3. Tier 3 50+ Hours per week: $100

 We are offering a new “Thoroughbred" Referral Program where we are offering a $50 check with a potential second check of $100. To receive Compensation you need to refer or recommend a new employee to our company that proves to meet our st

 We are offering a new “Thoroughbred" Referral Program where we are offering a $50 check with a potential second check of $100. Anyone is eligible for this offer including current employees, customers or other community members. To receive Compensation you need to refer or recommend a new employee to our company that proves to meet our standards of the “thoroughbred” worker (eager to work, shows up on time & does not leave early, works their full weekly work commitment, & meets minimum hours worked each week).


**For our employees we officially offer a weekly bonus called Good Employee Bonus which is equivalent to a "thoroughbred" (See Compensation Package for exact details)


**To receive the first check of $50 the referred employee needs to meet our standard for 2 weeks in their first month of work. Another check will be issues if this new employee qualifies 5 times over the course of their first 2 months.


** In order to properly account for referrals we will ask all new employees/ applicants if they had been referred or recommended by anyone. They need to reference your name or contact  to make you eligible for referral bonus.


**To help facilitate we also ask if you refer anyone please send a message to HR@CCLAWN.US and include "I am Referring "John Smith" to work for your company he will be contacting you his Number is ________"
